Outage Status and Maintenance Windows

ID.me has a status page at https://status.id.me/

ID.me has a planned maintenance windows from 4am to 6am EST on Saturdays.

Any time Pagerduty has a status other than "active" for ID.me a downtime banner is in place on the sign in modal. Vets-api gets the status from PagerDuty once a minute.

If you see an authentication alert for DS Logon or MHV at the same time, the issue is likely connectivity or ID.me as DS Logon and MHV depend on ID.me.
