Provide or Suggest New Content for the Platform Website
This page is designed to help you understand how to provide or suggest new content to the Platform Website. Below is a 5 step process that highlights how you can get new content on the Platform Website.
If, as a subject-matter-expert, you would like to contribute new content to the Platform Website, you can draft the content first – OR – If you don’t feel comfortable drafting something, just let us know the topic, and we will create the content for you.
Once you have your topic idea or a completed draft of your new content, send it to our team via the #vfs-platform-support Slack channel or this form. If possible, please let us know where in the IA of the Platform Website you think your new content might fit best.
Our team will review this request and edit it as needed to ensure it meets our style guidelines. If the content is technical in nature, we will collaborate with members of the Platform’s technical teams to ensure the content is accurate.
Once the content is approved and edited by our team, we will prepare the content in Confluence and get it ready for deployment.
We will let you know as soon as the content goes live on the site.
