Parts of http://va.gov are hosted in an external service that is upstream of us. Details of how this works can be found here in the va.gov-team-sensitive repo.
Endpoint: anything that doesn't exist in our stack under www.va.gov
Configuration for this is strictly in the revproxy, and is strewn throughout the file. We have two
application tags in nginx:

WebOps Technical Support
Teamsite System Owner
Team Lead - Infrastructure Operations
See Contacts below for CRRC.

Example PagerDuty message in Slack #oncall:
The EWIS/Webops emergency oncall is handled through ServiceNow. For additional information, see the WebOps ServiceNow knowledge management page.
CRRC stands for Capital Region Readiness Center in West Virginia.
CRRC Network Operations manages the F5 load balancer that sit in front of the EWIS infrastructure in an on-premise datacenter in Philadelphia. Their lead is Brian Larkin (in the chart above), other members of the team we know of are: Scott Giarratano, Marcus Ramirez, Joe Guichebarou, Ken Bryk.
In an emergency related to CRRC networking, file a ServiceNow ticket to Assignment Group IO.NETWORK.FF.CRRC and reach out to Brian Larkin via Teams. If unreachable, ping their email distribution list: OITITOPSSOIONETWORKITCCRRC@va.gov.
Joe Kemer and Kenneth Daily (in chart above) are the primary contacts we have interacted with at EWIS.
