CRRC
CRRC stands for Capital Region Readiness Center in West Virginia.
CRRC Network Operations manages the F5 load balancer that sit in front of the EWIS infrastructure in an on-premise datacenter in Philadelphia. Their lead is Brian Larkin (in the chart above), other members of the team we know of are: Scott Giarratano, Marcus Ramirez, Joe Guichebarou, Ken Bryk.
In an emergency related to CRRC networking, file a ServiceNow ticket to Assignment Group IO.NETWORK.FF.CRRC and reach out to Brian Larkin via Teams. If unreachable, ping their email distribution list: OITITOPSSOIONETWORKITCCRRC@va.gov.
