The Platform Analytics & Insights team offers a variety of analytics support, including:

• Standardized dashboards: out-of-the-box reports that display the metrics the VA cares about

• Custom (Edge-case) dashboards: custom dashboards that are requested by teams, built to visualize important team specific KPIs 

• Google Analytics Training: GA4 training documents specific to our VA environment
