Applicability
The following applies to all Platform and VFS teams and federal employees who have access to the Platform tools listed on the offboarding template. Note: getting removed from Lighthouse Slack is a different process see this page for Lighthouse Slack offboarding.
Instructions
The Platform team has provided the following guidance in an effort to facilitate a seamless offboarding process.
Ideally the Platform/VFS team member should submit their own offboarding. However, in the event that a Platform/VFS team member has already left, their Product Manager, Product Owner and/or Program Director can follow the below instruction and submit on their behalf.
Complete the following tasks:
Fill out the Offboarding Request template.
Be available to answer any questions the Platform team may have.
Help and feedback
Get help from the Platform Support Team in Slack.
Submit a feature idea to the Platform.
