Offboarding
Applicability
The following applies to all Platform and VFS teams. It does not apply to federal employees.
Instructions
The Platform team has provided the following guidance in an effort to facilitate a seamless offboarding process.
Ideally the Platform/VFS team member should submit their own offboarding. However, in the event that a Platform/VFS team member has already left, their Product Manager, Product Owner and/or Program Director can follow the below instruction and submit on their behalf.
Complete the following tasks:
Fill out the Offboarding Request template.
Be available to answer any questions the Platform team may have.
Help and feedback
Get help from the Platform Support Team in Slack.
Submit a feature idea to the Platform.
